    Without a doubt, mental health is my main focus during this pandemic period. Since we cannot reach out to people physically, I have to make sure I have ways to maintain my sanity. It’s true that I did have a few anxiety episodes and I think it is a normal human reaction when we need to adapt to a new lifestyle. If you have read my first post, you know that I haven’t been reading any self-improvement books during this period. That’s because I think I have learned enough from those authors and it’s time to practice their ideas. As you know, my new transformation involves a new As you know, my new transformation involves a new routine. Here are 2 of the few things I do everyday to fine tune my feminine energy (feelings, emotions).
 
Every morning I will listen to an episode of podcast about personal development. 2 of my favourites are @robdialjr & @jayshetty. Each episode is roughly 20 minutes long and I usually have it on while having breakfast. Their topics are interesting (sometimes spiritual) and will make you want to think more about your life.
 
Meditation is another thing I do daily. @deepakchopra & @jasonstephensonmeditation are my favourites and their clips can help you to relax and calm down before you start your work day. This is also the time you should visualize how you want your day to be.
 
This combo helps to develop your intuition & instinct. Eventually your feminine energy will lead you to inspired actions. These actions will help you to get closer to the goals you have in mind. I suggest to spend at least 10 minutes on meditation.
 
If you are feeling lost, maybe you can give this combo a try. I will suggest to try it for 10 days and see if you feel better. If that works for you, let me know and I can share more of my routines with you!

This morning I looked into the mirror and the pers This morning I looked into the mirror and the person in front of me is different than whom I was 7 months ago. I look different. I feel new.
 
A month ago I started another transformation. It was spontaneous, as if I just turned on a new switch and run on a new path. I have built a new routine and am focusing solely on both my body and mind development. Everyday I am amazed by the change and I have to say this version of me is the fittest to date!
 
I can tell I am more aligned with my higher self. My goals are crystal clear. I am listening to my inner child, embracing my dominant energy, and building a solid foundation on my masculine energy. I am proud to say my body and my soul are finally moving in the same direction! This vessel is ready for bigger things!
 
This is Marcus 3.0. I am excited to discover all the potentials I can do with this new form! A new form I am falling more in love with each day! ❤️

I know what kind of situation I am getting into wh I know what kind of situation I am getting into when I decided to lead an art project related to Black Lives Matter. 
I went into this situation with 95% of my mental health and within a week, I am drained to 40%. There is so much to learn and there are a lot of things to evaluate. To all the community leaders out there, I 100% understand the stress you are having right now. I have a lot of respect for you. 
Every night I have to use music therapy to put myself to sleep and unplug myself when I can no longer take it. And because that, I understand why the Black Lives Matter movement is necessary. The Black community is feeling the stress everyday because of their skin colour. I am only experiencing a small fraction of their stress. 
Yes, I need to unplug a bit, but remember this is a long term commitment, so I cannot lose all my energy when this is just the beginning of a new era. And to all people who are feeling drained at the moment, please don’t push yourself to the limit because this will cause damage to your mental health. If you don’t get this, just remember not all members of the X-Men team fight everyday. They take turns to rest so they can do their best when they are in the battlefield. 
No matter what is happening in the world right now, we must always keep a beautiful image in our heart. That image represents hope and reminds us the bad days will eventually pass. We cannot go back to what we used to be anymore, but we have the power to make a better future for all of us. This is a fight for humankind, this is a fight for your friends and the next generations. 
I know a lot of people are feeling the peer pressure right now and here is my advice for you. You can stay quiet on social media, but you cannot be ignorant. If you think racism is none of your business, then be honest with yourself and ask yourself if you have ever discriminated someone because of their skin colour. That will be the answer why we all need to continue educating ourselves.
